    Week 1: Foundations of Fitness

    Before putting you in group classes, you and a coach will decide if starting with our 3 introduction sessions would be right for you. Those 3 intro sessions are an hour long, a coach will lead you through a warm up, a workout and a cool down/ stretching. Those sessions are a great time to get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury.

    After our 3 intro sessions, you'll start your journey with trying to make it 3 days a week the first few weeks of joining the gym. Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on your peers, and socialize after the workout! Our community means the world to us and we want you to be a part of it.

    You are 3 weeks into your fitness journey and there is no stopping you! Stay consistent and lean on the community and our coaches to help find your groove with making the gym apart of your life.

    After two months of steady work, you’ve learned to do things you never thought you could. You are stronger, faster, and more athletic than you were before. Time to celebrate your new lifestyle of reaching milestones, pushing toward your potential, achieving PRs (personal records), and so much more! A coach will be in contact with you to check in on your journey.
