Everyone at Kor is great! The coaches really care about you and will work with you on any modifications you may need and they take the time to teach you the proper form. The members are amazing, it really is a great community where everyone is supportive and cheers you on. There is no gym intimidation here. I was nervous at first but I wouldn’t have found a better gym!
