Macro Starter Pack

This program is for the individuals who don't necessarily want the weekly/bi-weekly accountability check ins, but would benefit from an all encompassing, individualized plan to help them get started. You will receive a recipe book, macronutrient targets, lifestyle recommendations, vitamin & mineral recommendations and an example day of eating.

Why nutrition coaching?

Once you start getting into your routine at the gym, the kitchen is often times the next hurdle and we want to help equip you for success. If you have been dialing in your workouts but haven't seen the progress you're looking for, nutrition is the missing link.

Is this right for you?

We think so, but you are the one who needs to decide that. By taking ownership in your health, you're investing in becoming a healthier and stronger version of yourself.

L2, Nutrition Coach

The world of nutrition can be overwhelming, with conflicting advice and an endless stream of information that often leaves people more confused than empowered. That’s where I come in. As a nutrition coach, my mission is to cut through the noise and provide clear, practical guidance to help people make informed, sustainable choices about their health.

I specialize in helping everyday active individuals fuel their bodies to perform at their best, whether they’re training hard or simply staying active in their daily lives. I believe in creating a balanced, realistic approach to nutrition that not only supports weight loss and muscle preservation, but also allows clients to enjoy the foods they love—without guilt or restriction.

Through personalized coaching, I work with my clients to develop lasting habits that promote long-term health, improved performance, and a healthier relationship with food. I’m here to support you in reaching your fitness goals while ensuring that nutrition becomes a tool for enhancing your life, rather than a source of stress or confusion.

Let’s work together to create a nutrition plan that works for you, your lifestyle, and your goals!

When did you start CrossFit? “April 1, 2016”

How long have you been coaching? “Since November of 2018”

What do you love about coaching at KFP? “I started CrossFit to lose weight. Which I did. And then it became so much more than that and changed my life in so many ways. I want to be able to share that with others. KFP allows me to connect with, learn from and share my passion with others.”

What’s your favorite movement/ workout? “Hero WOD “Holleyman”
30 Rounds For Time
5 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
3 Handstand Push-Ups
1 Power Clean (225/155 lb)
I love this because there is no excuse to ever stop moving. Plus, gymnastics and a heavy barbell. What’s not to love.”

What do you like to do outside of the gym? “Anything outside no matter the weather. Soaking up the sun, playing in the snow, dancing in the rain. I also really LOVE cheesy Hallmark movies!”

Registered Dietitian, Kôr Nutrition Coach

I have always had an interest in nutrition – in how it could fuel our bodies, as well as, how it could bring people together. As someone who struggled with my own weight and tried just about every fad diet there is, I also understand how overwhelming nutrition can feel. Since earning my MS in nutrition and becoming a Registered Dietitian, I have had the privilege of working with individuals looking to enhance their athletic performance, those looking for support in weight management, and those struggling with metabolic diseases. I also spent 2 years as an adjunct professor teaching nutrition at Bethel University. I love sharing knowledge so that my clients are empowered to understand nutrition and how it can support them in achieving their goals while still enjoying life.

Registered Dietitian, Kôr Nutrition Coach

Over 15 years ago, my interest in the nutrition field birthed because of my love
for food and how it had a beautiful way of healing and bringing people together; and I also had a deep desire to help people. Fast forward to today, the same still holds true! Food is powerful- both for good, or for harm. Well-rounded nutrition, coupled with a healthy lifestyle (ie: regular movement, managing sleep and stress, fostering healthy relationships, etc.), can radically transform lives, and further, improve health outcomes. Throughout my years practicing as an RD, from healthcare to private practice, I’m a firm believer that nutrition is not a “one size fits all” approach, because each person has a unique set of genetics, biochemistry, and individual environments that make up who they are. I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of different coaching clients, using nutrition and lifestyle therapies to promote weight loss, boost energy levels, restore gut health, aid in pregnancy and postpartum support, and improve conditions such as (but not limited to) food sensitivities and allergies, hormone imbalances, skin issues, blood sugar dysregulation/insulin resistance, and more. The world of nutrition is more confusing than ever right now due to the enormous influence of the Internet and social media; so I’ve made it my mission to dispel nutrition myths, provide evidenced-based nutrition knowledge and information, and commit to always being a continual “learner” in the nutrition field.

When did you start CrossFit? “2012”

When did you start coaching CrossFit? “2018”

“I started coaching group fitness classes in 2011 because I wanted to step away from the computer screen I was at all day + interact with other humans (something that doesn’t exist when you’re self-employed.) It started with yoga and shifted into functional fitness + CrossFit when I experienced the magic of that methodology for myself. I got my L1 in 2018 and have been coaching multiple classes a week + workshops since.”

“My certifications point to working with the whole human, not just the movement I see in front of me. Breath, mobility, body awareness, mindset, stress, nutrition, life experiences, strength, all come together during our 1 hour a day together. And I’m here to support you with all of them.”

“You’ll catch me dramatically breathing while coaching to remind you to do the same, encouraging you to root for yourself louder than anyone else in the room, and sliding a terrible dad joke in whenever possible.”
